When to Contact Metroll

Franchisees should contact Metroll in the first instance if they receive:

Missing Metroll-manufactured components
Damaged Metroll-manufactured components
Incorrectly supplied Metroll-manufactured components

Note:
Issues relating to components supplied by other suppliers must be emailed to Support, who will follow these up.

Who to Contact

Each Metroll branch has its own shed coordinator who franchisees and the Support team will work with.

Once your branch is set up, it is recommended you visit your local branch and meet the manager, dispatch staff and shed coordinator, as these are the people you will deal with on a regular basis regarding your jobs.

How to Escalate

If you are not getting the result you expect from the branch dispatch or shed coordinator:

Email Support directly
Provide all correspondence between you and Metroll

Important:

If Support is cc’d only, they will observe and add notes to the job but will not take action
Support will only action requests sent directly to them
